Located in the heart of the AOC Médoc, in Saint Germain d'Esteuil, Château Bois Mondont represents 15 hectares. This estate, mainly made up of clay-limestone soil, has belonged to the same owner as Château Castera since 2013.
Château Bois Mondont is mainly made from the two most common grape varieties in the Bordeaux vineyards, Merlot for 60% and Cabernet Sauvignon for 40%. We therefore find in this wine a beautiful balance between the roundness and black fruit notes of Merlot and the structure provided by Cabernet Sauvignon.
